Special learning and fishing day

If you are new to fly fishing or want to learn some advanced techniques I have a special program for you. I have thousands of pictures of bugs specific to Penns Creek and special patterns to cover these hatches. You can learn the hatches and how to tie them, it will make you a better fisherman. I'll cover casting styles and positions. I'll cover when to use certain flies under a variety of circumstances. Night fishing is an art in itself and if you have the desire we will cover that as well. We will go over tippets, leaders, fly lines and the proper rod for a specific use. One rod can't cover all fishing situations. I'll cover some of my secrets that have caught the big fish you see on the main page, these are all Penns Creek Fish. Now that the creek will be empty its the perfect time for beginners that don't want other anglers around. If you are an advanced angler we will cover the questions you would like answers to.

Agenda

1) Learning Knots, Leaders, Tippets, Types of fly lines and the different types of rods.

2) Bug Identification, phases of an insect life, good books to read.

3) Casting instruction (not on the water. Making sure your rod is matched correctly with the line.

4) Lunch

5) Instruction on the water, casting, positioning, tippet size for fly or condition. Wet fly fishing, Dry Fly Fishing, Nymphing.

I'll be doing these special events on various days, call for more information.

.Price is 100.00 for one person for about 8 hours of instruction and fishing.
