Collins Hackle
PCA would like to welcome the Charlie Collins Hackle Farm to our line of high quality necks. These necks are some of the finest necks available. All necks come with a matching full Saddle that has great feathers for parachutes and caddis. I use Collin's whenever possible because they wind great with none of the twist that shows up in poor quality hackle. These necks have outstanding shine, most are barred and do not have flat boring colors. Every Catskill fly that came out of PCA last year was tied with a Collin's hackle. The same holds true with the Catskill flies that are currently available at the shop.
