Creek Front House
175 ft of creek frontage on a beautiful pool with a long riffle above and below. The last picture is looking down stream in the direction of my property. I will post more pictures as the landscaping and improvements are finished.
Penns Creek Angler now has a creek front house for rent. The house is located above the town of Weikert, you can sit on the porch and watch the trout rise. The home is located in very good trout water and is in a prime location to visit other sections of the creek including the 3.8 mile Catch and Release area. A wonderful Brook Trout steam empties into Penns Creek about 200 yard upstream of the property and contains a good population of Brook & Brown Trout. The stream also puts a lot of cold water into Penns.
The property will be available soon for a small group of 4 people.
The house sits on 1 acre of land, 4 bedrooms with single beds, Small living room/sitting room or it could be used for an extra bedroom, Eat in Kitchen and Full Bath. Out side there is a large wrap around porch with a beautiful view of the creek. You will also find plenty of room to lounge around outdoors or sit around a fire and enjoy the evening. The house is located in a quiet grove and the outside world will be just a memory. The house will be limited to 6 people in the spring.
Rates in the spring will be weekly April $750.00, May $800.00, June $750.00
Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.
75.00 cleaning fee will be returned if the house is left in good condition.
50% deposit will reserve your week for the spring of 2009 (book now)
Deposit will be refunded only if you cancel 30 days prior to you booking date.
